Rescheduling
Trips can usually be rescheduled at no cost when notice is given well in advance. The earlier the notice, the easier the change.
Cancellations
Deposit and balance refund details will be confirmed in the final published policy before launch. We aim for a fair, transparent approach in line with Australian consumer law.
No-shows
If a passenger is not present at the booked pickup and we have not been notified, the deposit may be retained.
